Cancellation Policy
If a client cancels their services anytime before noon one day prior to the sitter's scheduled visit, the client owes 50% of the total pay that the sitter would have received. If the client cancels any time after noon one day prior, they will owe the entire total pay. If services are cancelled/cut short while they are ongoing, the client still owes the entire fee.
Liability Agreement
Clients acknowledge that the sitter is not liable for any property damage in the normal course of work, such as, but not limited to, storm damage or damage from usual playtime activities. They also acknowledge that any natural medical emergency (such as, but not limited to, a seizure, stroke, or heart attack) or self-induced injury (such as, but not limited to, breaks or fractures in the pet as a result of overexertion while playing fetch) is not the fault of the sitter and therefore will not leave the sitter liable. Clients understand that the sitter will help the pet(s) to the best of their ability through communication with the client’s preferred vet, immediate notification of the client, and first aid application if necessary.
